Welcome!
Thank you for your interest in ULTRASOFT!
ULTRASOFT is an universe I've been developing for some time now. It takes place in a certain PC from a high school's computer lab; think of it as something like "Cells At Work" but with a computer!

Rules
Feel free to:
- simplify my characters (please keep them recognizable!);
- draw headcanons or meme art;
- use slightly different colors; (basically, don't feel pressured to color pick the exact same colors.)
- draw my characters with different outfits / hairstyles;
- draw them as different species / as furries etc;
- draw our ocs together, especially if they're also ginjinkas!Please ask if you want to:
- ship our characters.Please don't:
- draw gore of my characters (mild blood/bruises or something like them glitching is okay!)
- draw fetishes with my characters;
- change their skin tone or body type.Additional info:
- please note that my ocs are not human! their skin tone is based off the software's UI (light mode, dark mode, etc. Most of them have gray-scale skin.)
- their blood is blue, meaning their blush is also blue.
- my universe takes place in 2010.
- i usually draw them with eyeliner colored after their hair.
- if you have any questions, feel free to ask me! i'd be happy to answer them.

Name: Vapor
Species: Software
Birthday: September 12
Height: 169 cm (5'6)
Likes: Singing, being active, sales
Dislikes: Competition
A humanized version of a certain digital distribution service software.
A loud, carefree gal whose energy is seemingly endless.
She's very friendly and cheerful; a bit too much, at that, which can cause others to feel overwhelmed. She almost never takes anything seriously.
Vapor hates being still. She's always doing something; be it cartwheeling down the street, speedrunning laps around town or pestering someone, especially Interweb, who she thinks 'stays too much time in his house'.
Vapor's unique abilities come from inserting video game disks into the ejectable trays of her corset; think of it like when Mario transforms after getting power-ups such as leaves and flowers. Depending on the game she chooses, her outfit changes and she gets a prop from chosen game. Even when Vapor's outfit changes, she'll always have the disk trays.
Vapor can store up to 2 games at the same time, though it consumes her energy double as fast and she finds it harder to concentrate.

Name: MirRAR
Species: Software
Birthday: April 22
Height: 180 cm (5'10)
Likes: Organization, symmetry
Dislikes: Unrefined things
A humanized version of a certain file archiving software.
MirRAR is the owner of a subway station named after himself. Every software installed in the computer arrives through it.
He is a very busy and diligent man, spending almost all his time at his job, which consists in customs checking (since the computer's anti-virus is buns).
MirRAR is said to be haughty and too strict, but he genuinely cares for everyone's well-being. He's also the only one who can get Interweb to go back to work instead of slacking off.
MirRAR's unique ability is to compress objects into the books he carries around. Each time he compresses an object, the object turns into an image in one of the blank pages of a book. Usually, his books are filled with the baggages of newly arrived softwares, awaiting further inspection to prevent malware from entering the computer.
A humanized version of a certain browser software.
Interweb is a very unapproachable person. He almost always wears a scowl on his face and may come off as very straightforward and snarky. Truly, he feels overworked, overwhelmed and underappreciated, and only wishes to be alone in his room.
Interweb doesn't care much for his job, so he's always half-assing things (like downloading fake PNGs and taking long to load pages.)
He also has a crush of sorts on an Interweb Explorer from another computer. He often neglects work to spend time with her on his own laptop.

Name: Ultrasoft Paint
Species: Software
Birthday: November 20
Height: 155 cm (5'1)
Likes: Painting
Dislikes: Talking
A humanized version of a certain painting software.
She's very reserved, preferring to speak only when necessary; and even when speaking, few words are said.
Paint may come off as antisocial, but she cares deeply for her friends, drawing for them when intending to cheer them up.
Rarely finishes personal projects, so her house is cluttered with abandoned canvases.
Paint also strongly believes in her own artistic views and refuses to budge, so she rarely paints things with their correct color palette. That can be a nuisance for her commissioners, who often find their picture painted in the most random colors possible.
US Paint's unique ability is to bring her art to life. However, everything she brings to life still has the white background as she cannot paint transparency, requiring Paint to cut their edges. Additionally, they're all made of paper, so they can be easily crumpled and torn.

Name: Film Maker
Species: Software
Birthday: September 14
Height: 166 cm (5'5)
Likes: Being praised
Dislikes: School presentations
A humanized version of a certain video editing software.
Likes to be the center of attention, and despite gloating about his film-making abilities, Film is deeply insecure of his movies. Additionally, he DESPISES being used to make school presentations.
Friendly with everyone except for other video editing softwares, dreading he will be replaced by them.
Film Maker's unique ability consists in summoning visual effects (e.g. confetti, explosions, doves out of his top hat. Think of him as a magician of sorts.) He often uses it to play pranks, much to everyone's annoyance.

Universe
ULTRASOFT takes place in 2010, on a PC from a high school computer lab. Softwares live in society and work diligently, with help from their unique abilities, to keep the computer running.I am still writing this, so please be patient with me!
